Set up a functional work space: An effective work space is essential to stay on track and get things done. It is inefficient to set up and break down your work space every day. It should be a place where you are least likely to be interrupted

  • Ensure you can sit comfortably. 
  • Ensure you have everything you need within your reach.
  • Ensure work space is kept clear and free of obstacles or any tripping hazards. 
  • Ensure the work space is well lit and has a comfortable temperature.

Balance your Work and Life: It is essential that you continue to maintain a healthy work-life balance
